PRECAUTIONS:
Turmeric Root when taking large amounts of turmeric and curcumin in supplement form for long periods of time may cause stomach upset and, in extreme cases, ulcers. People who have gallstones or obstruction of the bile passages should talk to their doctor before taking turmeric.
Amla Gooseberry commonly consumed in food. It is possibly safe when used as medicine at doses of up to 1,000 mg daily for up to 6 months, 1,500 mg daily for up to 2 months, and 2,000 mg daily for up to 1 month. It is unclear if these doses are safe to take for longer periods of time.
Ginger Root can cause mild side effects including heartburn, diarrhea, burping, and general stomach discomfort.
