Lemon Balm is considered a calming herb. It was used as far back as the Middle Ages to reduce stress and anxiety, promote sleep, improve appetite, and ease pain and discomfort.

 

Wormwood has long been sought for its pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory properties. It contains the phytochemicals "azulenes", compounds which are proven to have powerful anti-inflammatory activity.

 

Marshmallow Root is used to relieve coughs and throat pain. The effects of marshmallow root's are immediate and offer a protective, antioxidant-rich film that coats inflamed mucosa (the inner lining of the nose, throat, and lungs), soothes irritation, and helps relieve coughs. This film protects the respiratory tract, promoting faster symptom relief and healing

PRECAUTIONS:

Ginkgo Biloba It can cause some minor side effects such as stomach upset, headache, dizziness, constipation, forceful heartbeat, and allergic skin reactions.

 

Black seed can cause allergic rashes in some people. It can also cause stomach upset, vomiting, or constipation.

 

 Skullcap high doses of the tincture may cause giddiness, stupor, mental confusion, twitching, irregular heartbeat, and seizures. American skullcap should not be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

 

Ashwagandha is possibly safe when used for up to 3 months. The long-term safety of ashwagandha is not known. Large doses of ashwagandha might cause stomach upset, diarrhea, and vomiting.

 

Licorice Root products are typically safe to consume. However, overconsumption can carry a risk of complications. This is typically due to chronic or excessive source consumption of glycyrrhizin causing levels of the stress hormone cortisol to rise.

 

St. John's Wort can make you feel dizzy, drowsy, or upset your stomach — especially when you first start taking it. Dry mouth, headaches, and insomnia are also possible. Most common St. John’s wort side effects are mild and go away over a few weeks as your body gets used to it.

 

Lemon Balm is generally mild and might include increased appetite, nausea, dizziness, and wheezing. There isn't enough reliable information to know if lemon balm is safe to use for more than 6 months.

 

Wormwood is LIKELY SAFE when taken by mouth in the amounts commonly found in food and beverages including bitters and vermouth, as long as these products are thujone-free.

 

Marshmallow root has no officially reported side effects besides rare allergic reactions.

 

Astragalus has some possible side effects with oral use include rash, itching, nasal symptoms, or stomach discomfort, but these are uncommon.

 

Moringa Leaf is a powerful plant and when consumed in large quantities, some people may experience stomach upset, abdominal pain or other digestive issues. “If you're pregnant or nursing, avoid consuming moringa
