Garcina Cambogia has been shown to possibly help control blood sugar. It may help lower blood sugar levels and make insulin work better.
Maca Root contains more than 50 phyto-chemicals including many vitamins such as B1, B2, B12, Vitamin C, and zinc. It also contains calcium, phosphorous, protein and fiber. Maca is also known for regulating blood sugar levels.
Astrgales herb’s saponins, flavonoids and polysaccharides all are effective in treating and regulating type 1 and 2 diabetes. They’re able to increase insulin sensitivity, protect pancreatic beta cells
PRECAUTIONS:
Berberine when taken by mouth: Berberine is possibly safe for most adults. It's been used safely in doses up to 1.5 grams daily for 6 months. Common side effects include diarrhea, constipation, gas, and upset stomach.
Eleeuthero when taken by mouth it's likely safe when used for up to 3 months. Eleuthero is usually well-tolerated. Side effects might include diarrhea, stomach upset, and headache.
African Mango only side effects reported are flatulence, headaches, and sleep problems. Pregnancy and breast-feeding: There isn't enough reliable information to know if it is safe to use Irvingia gabonensis when pregnant or breast-feeding. Stay on the safe side and avoid use.
Barberry is likely safe when eaten as food. There isn't enough reliable information to know if barberry is safe to use as medicine or what the side effects might be.
Bitter melon extracts are usually well tolerated, but side effects can include abdominal discomfort, heartburn, constipation or diarrhea, nausea and vomiting, dizziness, headache.
Garcinia cambogia side effects include headache and nausea, diarrhea, and other gastrointestinal symptoms.
Maca root and maca powder as generally safe, but some users have reported side effects. These include moodiness, cramping, stomach distress, and insomnia.
Astrgales has some possible side effects with oral use include rash, itching, nasal symptoms, or stomach discomfort, but these are uncommon.
